Well today has been a day of healing and reflection!

I visited an amazing healer, who is a Jewish Lawyer but in his spare time is an amazing healer. It took 3 months for me to see him, but he was worth the wait! He cleared my past life shadows that were still lying in my aura and removed the demons that I held in my etheric uterus. He knew nothing of my past and said that he wouldn't be surprised if I had had problems with my female organs. Of course he was not shocked to find out that I had had a hysterectomy at the age of 32 due to extensive problems. It was amazing.

I felt my guides and angels coming in close and his guide working with me. I was freezing and I was underneath a blanket too... but I knew that it was the negative energy draining from my body. As I was trying to relax, but shaking as I was so cold, I started to reflect on my life, how far I had come and what I had achieved... I was honestly overwhelmed with it and very proud of everything that we had achieved as a family.

It surprises many people when I tell them that I go for healing and readings, but think about it, do you ever spend as much time on your self as you do other people? I certainly don't so I always try to go for some healing as it's a great tonic. You could say I 'floated' out of his office and back home!

Welcome all My life has been a whirlwind, over the last 18 months.

We have moved from the UK to the USA, created a life in LA and filmed 2 seasons of a TV show. But we have loved every minute of it. As the holidays approach you always think of family, friends and those who are no longer with us.

But I have others that I think of, YOU my supporters of my work and TV show. L

ife changes constantly and we can never stand still... the universe is forever throwing new challenges at us, and we can decide to accept these challenges and learn and grow or we can fight it all the way. Life is full of lessons, lessons that we are supposed to learn and grow from. Embrace them into your lives and enjoy the journey... It'll be a journey that you never forget! My live is changing and I am taking on the new challenges, with love. Lets see where the New Year takes me... there is a book, a tour and many more things to look forward to!!!!
