Lost in transit!
Hi everyone,
Well thank you for all your lovely comments yesterday about Kev and the amazing garden that he created, he really did do a fabulous job.... and Mark Sampson... Of course I remember you... I got in to trouble in your room!
Now all of you are going to wonder what I am talking about here... I didn't get up to any naughties in the room, I had a friend come and when we were at the hotel together you were never allowed anyone in your room, but I sneaked someone down, and Mark had gone away and he gave me the key... and I got caught, red handed... you know I could have even mentioned it in my book!!! Mark next time leave your email address my love!!!
Sorry a little personal note there!
Anyway, back to the task at hand... Lost in transit!! Yes .. hmmm well here I am in Des Moines, and what a lovely place it is... so green and lush, it's just like England. I have decided that the middle of America is like England with the green trees and no traffic. It's just so nice.
So it's been a crazy day and I have a new spirit guide... I had been wondering who had been chatting away to me... Now Ben (the old/current but not sure where he has gone!) was around, but he has a tendency to pop in and out, but Harry popped it! Hi Harry, welcome to my world, say hi to everyone... ha ha ha and I was thinking about the new show this morning and where the offices were going to be as I was working on the Ojai retreat prep. Anyway something told me to go out shopping...
With less than 3 hours till my check in time and he is telling me to shop! So off I trott with Kev in tow and the store I wanted had moved. So I decided to 'just look' at another sore which was a little over the street so we stood at the crossing and started to cross... and who should walk past but... Yann the executive Producer of my show, Ronnie and Roy from Merv Griffin Entertainments!!! They were looking at offices in Beverly Hills!!!
So there are no co-incidences I was thinking it and they popped in to my life, there and then!
I go home and start packing my bags as Caroline is packing the merchandise for the show and when I get to the airport, something told me to only check the 2 bags in... I normally do this anyway, I like to keep hold of my clothes. so I was a little confused but I knew what was going to happen!
So next I am at the airport and Kev says I always get in the wrong line... the slow moving one. I thought... hmm I should stay behind that man but no I went in another line and if I had stayed where I was told to stay I would have got through security quicker.
So I am waiting for the flight to take off and I knew my bags had not been put on the plane... I just knew it. So what am I going to do... "Eerrmm excuse me but my bags aren't on the plane!" they are going to think I am a looney! But I just knew it, and I arrive in Des Moines to find my bags are still in LAX, they think (?) and they are trying to locate them and get them to me for tomorrow nights show at the Civic Center.
I know Harry (if thats his name) is looking after me as things are just happening to make sure I am being looked after, so I know I am in safe hands!
So I spoke to Harry earlier and he said that he was serving with my grandad in the world war and he was sent to look after me while I am traveling... bless him that's so nice to do that!
I digress... tomorrow night the people of Des Moines are lucky, I have my clothes at least and that is the main thing, as that would have meant I would be turning up on stage in my baggy trousers and top that I flew in with... mmmm... or it would have just been a good excuse to shop! Not that I need one!!! ha ha ha
So I suppose what I am trying to say amongst this rambling, is listen to yourself, we all have a guide and they will help you, you just need to listen. It may sound like its your own voice, but that's ok, it's normal. Just trust it because it will never let you down. So if you have decisions to make sleep on it and listen to your gut instincts or remember you dreams. Believe in your self and trust yourself... you will soon start noticing the signs that you are being looked after my them lot upstairs!
Have a happy weekend!!!
Lisa xx

Lisa,
Such a lovely message. I always love to read your blogs because in some way it is always spot on with what I have been thinking about or something that has been requiring my attention.
Hope you have a beautiful show and I truly doubt that anyone would care what you were wearing to a show - just as long as you are your beautiful self.
I hope that your missing luggage reveals itself soon.

P.S. I can just picture all to commotion if you had informed someone that your luggage was not on board...oh my.... :-)

Hi Lisa!
I'm glad you arrived safely, which is the most important thing!
I always seem to find myself in the slowest line at the airport ALL the time!.. Patience is a virtue.... unless your plane is about to leave! lol.. err... at least for me...
Best of Luck at tomorrow's show!!
I hope your luggage situation gets resolved soon! It makes me, personally, feel uncomfortable when my belongings are floating around randomly... lol
But you know.. even if you came on stage in some baggy sweats and pjs... We would still love every minute of your show!! :D :D
It's not about the superficial aspect of a person.. it's about the quality! :D
I think I'm done being sappy for the night...
I hope Kev and Charlie have a WONDERFUL weekend too!
SLEEP WITH ANGELS to all!
Much Love,
Vy :)

I do believe that Vy said it all! It wouldn't matter if you showed up in your jams...we would all still love being there at your show, just to get your msg!
I have traveled on a plane a few times before...it really is the way to go! I have never had my luggage misplaced, but I have had someone riffle through my things and steal some jewlery that I had in one of the pockets. That kinda made me mad...but what are you gonna do?! So I hope that your bags turn up!
I am glad that you have extra spirits watching after you as your travel. Hi Harry!
I hope you have an aweseme show tomorrow night and a safe next flight!! Have a great weekend! Hope Charlie and Kev have a great weekend too!
Many hugs!!!
Thanks for sharing with us what your voices tell you! It happens to me all the time, but I rarely mention it to anyone because I usually get 'the look' from them. You know, they look at you like you're crazy! So thanks for helping me to feel normal, lol!
Welcome to Des Moines! I can't wait to see you this evening...enjoy the stay and the day.
Hi Lisa !!

You are such an inspiration to us all..I love your honesty and willingness to share so much with us - your messages always inspire me and allow me to reflect on my good/bad experiences of life and how to handle them! - thank you for being so real and true to who you are!

Dear lady,I am from Romania and I am looking for my father , lost somewhere in America , in 1993...Is there any chance to get help from you ? I even dont know if he is alive. How can I contact you ?Please, if you can, help me . Thank you very much .
What a message, Lisa! I think we all need to start trusting in ourselves a little more, and this blog was just a reminder of that to me, and probably to everyone else!
....Why didn't you just tell them you KNEW your bags weren't on the plane? Surely they would have recognized you and thought "Uh-oh, she's psychic! We're in trouble - we better go find her bags before take off!!" LOL!
Oh well, at least you'll be clothed for your show. Wish I were there! Have a great time!!! I'm sure everyone else will!

Hi Lisa,
You give great advice, especially in today's blog. I'll be thinking of someone and the phone will ring, and there they are. Many times I run back into the house at the last minute only to come upon something I would have forgotten to take with me or I'll discover I left a light on. So I know someone is watching over me and I know everyone has someone watching over them. Every night I ask my spirit guide to appear in my dreams. I know I have one, but I'm still waiting to meet him or her. I'm glad you have Harry now to help you. Have a great show tonight.
P.S. The backyard looks great. Good luck in your new home.

I HAVE MY LUGGAGE!!! YAY!!!
**HAPPY DANCE**
Lisa~ I am SO excited to be at your show tonight! I am SO happy you came to Des Moines. I am bringing my mom with me as a mother's day gift. We are both huge fans. We were lucky enough to get tickets in the second row! I've recently had a lot of events fall into place and they have led me to your show tonight. I'm so excited to see if there is something in store for us! I wish I could take you shopping around Des Moines and to lunch with me before the show! Anyhow, best of luck. Tonight is going to be SO exciting for me. I'm never going to forget it! :)
I'm soooo close to Des Moines! I really wanted to come over to your show... but it just didn'twork out! I know it will be a great night!
And thanks to Harry for keeping an eye out for you!
Yaaayy. Glad you got your luggage.
Nice looking out Harry! lol
you know, i do feel a bit schizophrenic sometimes lol.
Hey, Lisa, do you have any idea how to find out the name of your spirit guide?
I think mine is called Rik or something, but i'm not sure. again, the schizo feeling was playing at that time, and I can't be sure that I made it up myself or not lol...
So confusing... ;)
Have fun on the show!! and hope your bags turn up soon!
Hi Lisa,

Have a happy weekend everyone

Hi Lisa, This is the first time I am commenting tho I have been reading your blogs since I saw you in Tarrytown N.Y. I have listened to my angels (my inner voice) and it saved my life. I hadn't been to my gyn md in a few years, kept putting it off. Then each time I went to bed I kept feeling that tomorrow I should call my md . Again I put it off. The feeling would get stronger and stronger - finally I went. I felt fine no symptoms of anything wrong. Well one week after my appointment I got the call no one wants to get. CANCER. I had the beginnings of cancer and was told if I had waited a few more weeks I would have been in real trouble. I had a hysterectomy and all went well. However my dog Maggie kept going to my arm and she would attach her big big nose to my arm and would not move. She is `125 pounds. This happened every nite when she would curl up next to me. I deceided to listen to her and bingo I had a melanoma on the exact spot she stuck her nose on. I now listen to my inner voices and my dog haha. This happened almost three years ago. Our inner voices are silent but very powerful. We should learn to listen to them. Hope you come back to Tarrytown. I felt my mom came through when you were doing another reading and I was too afraid to break into someone elses reading. I do hope to see you in person again.
Thanks for all the insight and comfort in your blogs.
Best to you and your family, loved your book.
