Someone somewhere is trying to tell me!
I am obviously been told to stop work!!! I did blog last night and then all night while I was asleep I was feeling that I hadn't connected with the real world!!! And I hadn't. The Blog didn't post, I normally have a copy and do you think I could find it this morning!!! Err No! So I am obviously being told not to work somewhere.
Well it's been amazing so far.
I have met, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Colette Baron Reid, Brian Weiss, it's just such an inspirational trip. Everyone is great and I did worry about being bombarded with people who wanted readings, but no, it hasn't happened that way. Of course you will get the odd one or two, but most people will say I am sorry to bother you but I just want to meet you... that is great! Kev and I stop, take pictures and give hugs and then get on with our day.
It's so nice. Everyone is so nice, and working with Hayhouse.... well I love it! Hayhouse is such an amazing company to work with, Nancy is the woman who has organized everything is running around like a crazy woman, but she is so funny and adorable, Kev and I are loving being in their company.
I am trying to go and see as many lectures as possible.
Charlie is LOVING this cruise, there is the kids club which he is crazy over, and he was there till very late last night, being a pirate! He came back to the cabin, with his face painted like a Pirate. I've never heard him ask if he can go to bed, but every night he asks as he is SO tired!
My Keynote speech was fantastic... such high energy and if anyone has ever seen me on stage I am a nutter, running around laughing, and then comes the serious side and I go all witchywoo and start reading and then I can be taken through a whole different set of emotions, laughing , crying, screaming, happiness... the rollercoaster of emotions!
And I autographed my very first book!!!!!! It's being released in book stores TODAY!!! Happy happy happy!
Already Hayhouse has sold out of their allocation of books and people will have to wait to get off the ship to get one.
So I just wanted to say to you all, to listen to the messages that we so often miss. Last night for me it was that the internet connection wouldn't work and that my blog didn't post, so the messages was, you needed to sleep, not waste your internet minutes and relax! There are numerous signs that we can look out for, signs to show you, you are on the right pathway, signs to show you that your loved one is ok. We often miss the signs but they are there, they don't slap you in the face, they are often subtle but go with it, it's amazing what you might discover!
Ok I am signing off I am going to see Dr Brian Weiss. Oh how fun!
Lots of love
Lisa xx

Lisa, I am so glad you are having a great time! Is it not the greatest when little ones are tired from having so much fun, because it's a good kind of tired. Lisa,
Woman your on a cruise!!! Relax and enjoy your time, we'll still be here when you get back. We understand that you have other obligations, not only that but you need your time for yourself and your family. Have fun & take care....

Hi Lisa,
It sounds to me like this is the perfect vacation for you and your family!
I agree with you about taking time to really listen what the 'Universe, 'God,' or 'Higher Power' is trying to say to you. So often the signs are missed because of all the noise and chaos going on around us. I ordered your 'Safe Haven' CD a while ago and try to use it frequently. It is nice to get into the calm, quiet inner space. It makes me more aware of what is really going on around me. I now even try to take time to imagine the white light circulating through me and centering me throughout the day. My personal goal is to become more aware of myself and embrace reality. There is a whole story behind my need to do this but this is a necesssary step on my life journey.
May you and yours enjoy the rest of your holiday!
I needed to hear the message regarding paying attention to the sublties....I've been asking for them and expecting some big production. Even though I know they are often times subtle. Thank you for the reminder. Enjoy your cruise and do take care of YOU.
Lisa!
Wonderful blog again! Yes, you do need to rest and just take in the salt air and all they wonderful people you are meeting! What a trip. Literally!
Your book was delivered to me Thursday night by UPS, and I was finished with it by Saturday noon!!
Only one very big thing wrong with it.....TOO SHORT!!
Lol! You must do a sequel or something! I enjoyed every word. Our lives are so parallel to others.
Now go enjoy your lovely family, hugs all around, and enjoy the cruise!
Regarding how sometimes people can come up and want you to give them readings...I have be thinking about that more and more after I saw Allison DuBois at a workshop recently. So many were almost desperate for a reading...so many dealing with their grief and sorrow. I saw Allison trying to leave after doing some readings and people just swarmed the stage area trying to get a word or a message from a loved one. It was alarming and yet understandable.
I needed to see that...it was a message for me to "see" how the energy can be and how important it is to remain strong in setting your boundaries...and how important it is to maintain your integrity etc. I saw you deal with that at your event in Anaheim too. But that event wasn't as intimate as Allison's was in Palm Springs...there was probably only 30 or so people (so that we could learn to develop our skills in mediumship etc.)
Lisa I look forward to meeting you in April at the book signing and hope to shake your hand and acknowledge your generous heart, valuable lessons & inspiration. I hope people will not expect you to read them at these signings...but then again I know you will handle whatever is given you!
Much Love and ENJOY !
Andrea
Dearest Lisa,
I am so glad to hear that you, Kev and Charlie are having such a wonderful time on the cruise! Were you able to take a picture of Charlie wearing his painted Pirate face? I imagine that he looked simply adorable!

Enjoy the rest of the cruise, relax and have a lot of fun!

YEAHHHHH! You signed your first book! How exciting is THAT!!! That's just awesome! I'm excited FOR you! I"m glad you're not being bombarded by people asking for readings. I can imagine it gets pretty annoying after a while. Do you have meet and greets on your tour? It'd be awesome to just give you a hug! I can't wait to get your book this week. Well, maybe not just one....I know a few people who'd like one! :)
Enjoy the rest of your cruise!
Nice to have some news from you, I was wondering if everything was OK ;)
Take some rest from work before it's too late.
The title of your article rang a bell in my mind because I dreamt of you yesterday, it was soooo realistic, almost freaking !

Oh Lisa Your So Right,
Sometimes it's better to just back away for awhile.
I think it's been something I'm being told to do as well.....
Whatever's the right thing to do should be done.
IT"S ALL GOOD!
Talk to ya later-
xx
So glad you're having such a good time!
Lisa I posted this on your April 1st Dad blog, but I didn't post it until the 6th. I don't know how this works if you read the postings or not....but I really want you to know how thankful I am that you do what you do and share your talents with the world! Vicky Dinges
Lisa,
This isn't about the blog, but I didn't know how else to contact you. You gave me the greatest gift on April 2nd when you sent me your newsletter. I was just looking at everything you have out there (as I have done many times before) when I got on to your Messages from Beyond. I was scrolling down through them when I found one that litterally jumped out at me and made my heart skip a beat. It was from Jason on March 5, 2008. I am learning to trust my instints and I know it was an email from my son. Jason's energy was so strong that day...we had a private reading with Rebecca Rosen in Denver at 1:00PM that same day. Everything in that message meant so much to me and to many other people. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am sure you will touch your father and he will understand. You did it for us!
I send you my love and thanks...you have an incredible gift. Thank you for sharing it with the world. Have fun on your cruise! Vicky Dinges

Hmmm... I just want to say... "Hang up those wings!!" :) :) :) I'm so glad Spirits are there for you to give you the message, but dear.. you are making them work overtime! lol
Where is Kate and her bungee when you need it?.. :P
Despite that, it is so lovely to hear you all having a fantastic time!! I hope your parents are enjoying it just as much!! Hmm.. the Kids Club sounds like fun... maybe that's where I'd hang out... abundance of food... Kids Club... tough choice...
About your live audience shows... you do go bonkers all over the place on stage! lol But I think that's what people love and is so endearing!.. It not only keeps everything interesting, but you allow the whole spectrum of emotions to flow through!.. Not only through you.. but through the entire audience! I Loved it!
Anyway, I hope you continue to relax and have fun!! Enjoy the family, enjoy the cruise, and enjoy all the new people you meet!! Because... you have got one BUSY month ahead of you... :)
Love it! Live it! Breathe it!
<3,
Vy :)
Hello Lisa,
Wonderful to hear that you are having a great trip and meeting so many others who have a gift like yours. Enjoy each day that you have to share with your parents.
I received a copy of your book afew days ago and am reading it slowly so I can absorb it over many days. I am enjoying "getting to know you" by reading the book. I do hope to make it to one of your book signings to meet you in person. I feel I have known you for a long time.
Enjoy the remainder of your trip and then you are off on your book tour. Sounds like you are going to be very busy in the next month or so.
All the best,
Margot
So glad you are having a wonderful time and meeting these people. You deserve every wonderful moment, Dear Heart, and there are many more to come!
Andrea Rose
Thank you for your observations and for realising how some people (those too fraught with grief to consider anyone else but themselves) can act towards my dear friend.
My son and I had the good fortune to spend 2 weeks with Lisa and the family last October.
Poor little Charlie is somewhat frustrated that people will just come along and talk to his mom as he doesn't comprehend "the price of fame". Quite simply, he thinks these people are rude. Bless him for being so innocent (and honest!?).
I can understand how and why people do it though. What you see on TV is exactly how Lisa is and it's easy to "know" this person and to feel that she is your friend. I have seen Lisa meet people for the first time and these people leave her company feeling like she is their best friend! Her personality is as infectious on the silver screen as it is in real life.
During my visit, I found the public interest and attention a novelty but at the same time alarming - Lisa and I could be out somewhere, minding our own business, when someone out-of-the-blue would come and ask for a reading, desperate to get in touch with a loved one who had passed (and it was usually quite recently). One person actually turned her back to me and positioned herself between me and Lisa after singling Lisa out in a crowd and asked for a reading. Lisa was as polite and as charming as normal and asked this person to get in touch via the usual channels.
I recently lost someone very, very close to me and I understand how bereavement causes you to behave out of character and you have no control whatsoever over your emotions so I do empathise with what these people are experiencing. However, I do feel for Lisa as she gives 101% to her clients and her loyal fans. She doesn't work 9-5 like the rest of us, this is a 24/7 job for her 365 days a year (or 366 this year!). She never grumbles about her hours, she never grumbles about how tired she is and she always has a smile, a hug and a sympathetic ear to those in need (including total strangers).
I just wish some people could understand and appreciate this a little more before imposing on her like they do. Not everyone is like that, I hasten to add.
There was a really great guy over at The Grove in LA; he worked there and couldn't believe his eyes when he saw us out shopping and came over, he apologised for interrupting (and even looked at me when he said it too, making me realise I wasn't invisible after all, lol) and he just said what an honour it was to be able to tell Lisa, in person, that she is doing a great job and "thank you". That was such a humbling moment for me, and for Lisa it was one of the less intrusive moments.
Lisa has been helping those who have lost loved ones for many years now, but her show means she can reach so many more, and in turn bring comfort to huge numbers of people. I know this medium (pardon the pun) facilitates that aspect of her job superbly and for every upside I suppose there must be a downside; yin and yang?
We may not be blood related, but Lisa is my little "sister" and I would do anything for her and my natural instinct is to protect her. This post is a way of reaching out to protect her, if only a little. She works so hard and she gives so much and she really does deserve some time off! I nag her all the time about her hours. Anyway, I guess, among all this rambling, I'm asking you to cut my mate a bit of slack, lol. Pleeeeaaaase??
Vic
Well???!!! What do you think so far??
xxx
Ahhh cheers matey!!! I can't say it and you know me I won't say it, but sometimes it's nice to hear someone else saying it for me!!!
Your a star chick and I love you!
