End of Empowerment Week, but not the end of empowering yourself!

As the week closes so does the Empowerment Week that myself and my friends Caroline and Drew from Reflect set up. We came up with the concept when we were discussing how to get people to start believing in themselves, and it grew from there. We are so happy in the way that it was received and how many people have started on the road to changing their life.

We as a team, cannot do it for you, but we can give you the tools to create your own reality, and a space that you enjoy for your self. We have helped you to believe in yourself.

You have heard from us all and also guest bloggers who have changed their lives with empowering affirmations to help them through life. Maybe you have shared these blogs with others who have needed to hear these words. But just because this particular week is coming to a close it doesn't mean your affirmations and your personal promise to yourself has to finish either.

You need to make the time daily, to talk to yourself in the mirror and believe in yourself always. It's not easy and there are going to be days when you just don't feel like it and you are not in the right frame of mind, but those are the days that you need it the most and it can help you so much!

Remember you are not alone and that there are so many people out there who are in the same position as you. Somewhere in the world there is someone else saying the same affirmation as you, and believing in themselves.

You have the power to make changes and to step forward with positivity, grace and understanding. You can do anything you put your mind too!

So with that in mind start tomorrow with a new affirmation, leave yourself notes of affirmations around to remind yourself just how special and loved you are.

We will be back with another Empowerment Week in the next few months, but for now we would like to thank you for being part of this and sharing your stories, affirmations and love.

With love and big hugs

Lisa, Caroline and Drew xx

Such a great week! I know your blogs have helped many people. Affirmations work. They require intention, repetition, and belief. They work. Now go..... keep affirming, and keep changing lives! Love you, Lisa! Look forward to getting to know Caroline and Drew...

Dear Lisa, it is true that others cannot do the affirmations for us, we need to do it for ourselves. And it is so true that empowerment for ourselves never ends but it is ongoing for the rest of our lives.
Lisa, Caroline and Drew, always feel good about yourselves because you have brought comfort and encouragement for the rest of us. You have helped us and some of us are so far away in other parts of the world.
It has been a pleasure reading and sharing in these blogs. ((((Hugs for all of you))))

Hi Lisa, life has its special moments. We may all be from different parts of the world but messages from the heart that come from here are very uplifting. It feels good to know that we are not alone.

Lisa, please could you come to Singapore one day to do a show because we would really like to come for your shows. Hope you will consider an Asian tower one day.

Lisa, dear friend, your messages with love and compassion speak very deeply to the heart.

Dear Lisa, Caroline and Drew,
Many thanks for your "I believe in myself" week. I have noted down some of the affirmations that struck my heart and will be using them to remind me of the wonderful week we all enjoyed together. It is very uplifting to be on a blog that has positive energies to remind us of our blessings and what is important in the everyday bustle of life. Keep up the awesome work that you do. We are behind you always. Much love and blessings, Jeanette, Plettenberg Bay

I've loved all of the inspirational stories and affirmations. Each day I was given more food for thought. It was very empowering!

I feel that I am ready for change. I've completed the first half of my life and now I'm open and anxious to see what the second half hold for me. Your website, affirmation and positive and encouraging words are answers to my prayers. I don't know any of you personally, but you have all played a big part in my spiritual growth this week. Thank you . I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with a more positive attitude and belief in myself.

Have a great week!

Hi Lisa, I watch your Tv shows all the time with great pleasure, you bring so much love to so many people through your work.
I would like to ask you about something that happened to me many years ago and to this day I do not understand it, my Mother died in April 1961, through circumstances I didn't go to her funeral which I regret to this day, one night I'd just got in bed when my mother entered the room in spirit, she came right up to the side of my bed, I saw speech marks (Like in a comic) coming from her mouth,in it, it said "Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ" something else was said in a whisper but I couldn't hear it, I told my sister what I'd seen in detail, she said "how did you know what Mum was buried in, you never saw her in her coffin", I would really love to know what all this meant, please, please if you can explain this I'd be most grateful.
Blessings, Gwyneth.
