Lives and facing reality

You know I have been writing this blog for over a year, and at the time I never thought I would make it through 2 weeks let alone a year. Yes there are times that I don't blog as it's crazy and I'm so tired at the end of the day and then there are times that I wonder what to write about, and then there are those other times that I plan my blog all day.

It's crazy. And I often think my life is so mundane and wonder why everyone is so interested, but yesterdays blog summed it up really. We are all facinated with peoples lives. We like to help and nurture people. And what was interesting, I suddenly realized during a meeting today, that we need to hear about other peoples lives to help us with our own life.

I was chatting about doing a TV show, and how it's very real life and what people will get from it, and it's amazing how many people struggle in private. We struggle with so many things from confidence to losing weight, to losing hair to losing a loved one and many more issues. But to read about someone elses life, can help. It can either give you that escapisum, where you are wrapped up in someones life for a time, or it can show you that, those people have normal lives and real issues too.

I think it's important especially now to face these issues, but you have to face them in the way that is right for you. If you don't want to publically express them, then that is fine... you don't have to but what you have to remember is that there is always someone who will be there to help you.

Now some of you will say .. yeah yeah... however, it's actually true. You can privately face them and talk to some one who is willing to listen, or you can face them on your own and work through them. However if you watch someone else going through the same as you, it can give you the confidence to stand up and work towards being stronger.

I have done it myself. I had an issue with a situation and I hid my fear and my problem from so many people, however then I watched how other people handled it... and it helped me. It helped me find the strength to say, hey... I need help.

Incidentally, it was around that time that I started my blog too and I know I poured my heart out in them knowing that I was being helped and that my life could help others, and it did.

Many people are in the same boat at the moment with jobs, the economy and life, but standing together and helping out so many is important. Just talking through the issues can help. It can help you find a solution or a way around things.

However, the time that you get fed up listening to yourself or getting bored with repeating the same old stuff... is the time you have to look at your life and make a change. Maybe you have been given a new beginning for a reason, a career change, a new opportunity, a time to leave the past behind and move forward and start again.

Make a plan and stick to it. believe in yourself and know that our lives are all predestined, but we still have free will to make a change!

Whoa, I am not sure where that came from... but I tend to brain dump when I blog! ha ha ha

Ok back to the mountain of emails to get through, have a great day/night where ever you are.

With love

Your blog on sticking to a plan reminds me of a quote I recently heard :

" No one plans to fail , we all fail to plan "

Happy blogging !

The first time I saw a video about you, sugested from a friend (sorry my bad english), I've "heard" a question : "Does she knows about Allan Kardec?"

How can you make a plan and stick to it if you don't know what's around the corner.
My late partner and I have had lots of plans and one morning he got up, gone to work as every morning and I have never seen him again... he've been killed in car accident...
plans don't work :(

An inspiration as always...I have been busy with life and things, but as always, being such a supporter and how much I am inspired by your talent and work, I rediscovered your site and got caught up from your blog...from page 20 down to 1 tonight LOL

My parents divorced before I turned 2 and although my mother has dated and had some serious relationships, she has suffered from depression for most of my life and has lived alone the last few years and seems to be complacent in her life and needs something to motivate and give her the drive to look towards the next chapter in her life, but she has always had a "victim" theme in this life and some people just don't seem to want to change. You inspire us for so much love and happiness...and anyways, I am glad that you are here and provide us with soul nourishment everyday.
Hugs and blessings!
