SHIPPING: Products are shipped twice a week from Los Angeles via standard USPS. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks to receive your order, though it will generally arrive faster, especially within the US. International orders may take longer.

PROBLEMS ORDERING: If you find you are experiencing problems ordering, you could be using Internet Explorer. Try going to tools > internet options > privacy tab > advanced button > then check override automatic cookie handling. Make sure the accept is highlighted. This should stop the problem.
